Teach English in the Czech Republic

Czech Republic TEFL

Are you interested in teaching in Eastern Europe? Apply to teach in the Czech Republic. Though the Czech Republic has only been around since 1993, the nation has a rich history that dates back to a time when the land was known as Bohemia and Moravia.

The capital, Prague, is considered one of the most popular places to teach in Europe. This city is beautiful and a real cultural treat of the continent. It is a place where you can enjoy the dazzling architecture, fine arts, and live music in the squares. The Old Town is known for its medieval roads and iconic castle, but there is a modern cosmopolitan city out there also waiting to be explored.

While uninspiring towns in the steel-producing region are good places to bag a job due to lack of competition, the Moravian capital Brno and Bohemian Plzen might be more attractive choices. The town of Plzen is a popular TEFL destination as it is the place where the Pilsner beer originated. It may not be the most scenic of places, but people flock here regardless to drink a pint where the brew was born.
